Q & A at King Alfred's

Ed visited the sixth form at King Alfred's in Wantage on Friday for a question and answer session. There was a great deal of discussion on the impact of Brexit on young people and the area.

Ed meets Green & Co

Ed met with Green & Co on Friday to discuss local housing and the Tenant Fees Bill. The full text of the bill can be found here and will proceed to the report stage at a date to be announced.

EU Withdrawal Bill

It is great to have the opportunity to speak in this important debate. Yesterday’s was very entertaining and we did make a piece of fudge, and I am pleased to say that my side of the House got the biggest piece—I just want to put things beyond any doubt.

Cancer Research UK

Ed was delighted to meet with his local Cancer Research UK Ambassadors Sue Duncombe and Patrick McGuire this afternoon in Parliament to discuss the launch of the new Should To Shoulder campaign supporting NHS staff in the fight against cancer. You can find out more about the campaign here.
