Q & A at King Alfred's

Ed visited the sixth form at King Alfred's in Wantage on Friday for a question and answer session. There was a great deal of discussion on the impact of Brexit on young people and the area.

Ed meets Green & Co

Harwell Link Road

Ed met with the Oxfordshire Association of Local Councils (OALC) today. The OALC represent 92% of town and parish councils in Oxfordshire. Subjects discussed include the GDPR and the Oxford-Cambridge Expressway. You can find out more about the OALC here.

Didcot Sign

Ed was delighted to pick up an historic Didcot sign on Friday. It will hang proudly in the constituency office!

Visit to Maymessey

Ed visited local charity Maymessy on Friday. Maymessy offers gardening, kitchen craft and family-style sit-down meals and picnics for disadvantaged children and volunteer groups and is up for a Vale4Business social enterprise award for teaching young people the value of good nutrition.

Cycling Minister visits Milton Park

Ed hosted the Cycling Minister, Jesse Norman MP, in Milton Park to view new cycling infrastructure improvements, including the new Backhill Tunnel.
